  3.     Bus, two hours round trip to Apia. Auseuga, Faaleo, Laufafa 
  4.     and Alatupe go occasionally. Uiti goes to college in Apia 
  5.     every weekday.

  9.     We have prayers at home for 70 minutes in the morning, and 
  10.     again in the evening. Once a week Faaleo fasts from midnight 
  11.     to 12 pm the next day.

  16.     or struggling?
  17.     We consider ourselves average--not rich or poor. We have 
  18.     everything we need, but are still struggling for some more.

  21.     Auseuga: 35 hours/week
  22.     Faaleo: 35 hours/week
  23.     Laufafa: 48 hours/week
  24.     Alatupe: 48 hours/week

  28.     Auseuga is a matai (chief), a chosen family leader. As a matai 
  29.     he has the opportunity to have a say in district, village, church, 
  30.     and family affairs.  
  31.     Faaleo likes being a matai's wife, but sometimes runs short of 
  32.     money because she must give donations, host guests, etc.  
  33.     Laufafa likes her job, but does not like housework where she 
  34.     has to serve everyone first and is always late eating.
